Year-end opening hours and customer service

At the end of 2021 and in the new year, the opening hours of the True to Sole store, the delivery of webshop orders and the availability of customer service will be as follows:

December 24-26. CLOSED
December 27-30. 12:00 - 20:00
December 31. 10:00 - 14:00

Web shop

Last delivery date for webshop orders before Christmas: December 23, 2021.

Our webshop continues to accept orders even during the holidays, but due to the holidays at the end of the year, the packaging and dispatch of orders may take longer than usual. Orders are prepared and delivered between December 27 and 30, but our products from our foreign warehouse will not arrive in Hungary until January 2022, and we can deliver them ourselves.

Customer service availability

Our telephone customer service will not be available between December 23, 2021 and January 2, 2022 due to a holiday. Please write an e-mail to support@truetosole.hu. We expect to be able to respond within 2-3 working days.

GLS customer service can provide information on the exact delivery date of orders that are already being shipped.
