End of year opening hours and customer service availability

At the end of 2024 and in the New Year, the opening hours of True to Sole stores, the delivery of orders from the online shop and the availability of customer service will be as follows:

DELIVERY OF ONLINE ORDERS

The last shipping day of online shop orders before Christmas is 23 December 2024. Some products are shipped from our foreign warehouse, which may take longer to deliver, so if you want to put something under the Christmas tree as a gift, we recommend you buy it in our Budapest or Bucharest store.

Our webshop accepts orders during the holidays, but due to the end of year holidays, orders may take longer than usual to be packed and dispatched. Orders placed between 23 December 2024 and 1 January 2025 will be shipped after 2 January 2025.

RETURN OF GIFTS BOUGHT FOR CHRISTMAS

We will take back unworn sneakers and clothes bought as gifts in our webshop and in our stores between 9 December and 23 December 2024 until 10 January 2025. The purchase price paid will be credited to a True to Sole gift voucher. For products purchased in our online shop, you can withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt, in which case we will refund the purchase price.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABILITY

From 21 December 2024 to 2 January 2025, our customer service will not be available by phone, only by e-mail. For information on the exact delivery time for orders already in transit, please contact GLS Customer Service.
